to day my girls, ages 6 & 9 had their first day of school. my ex husband (age 48) shows up with his new 24 year old girlfriend. it ws pretty funny watching the other parents that we have gotten to know over the last few years try and keep a straight face as he was introducing her to them. she was pretty over the top with her fauning over the girls, but i'm thinking she was pretty nervos. it's not like she is old enough to have ever had that experiance before! my girls like her, she's basically a new playmate for them.
my girls asked if i was ok with her being there (after the fact) i said as long as they like her and she is good to them it's all good with me.
